Bob Weed: Lead Pastor

Pastor Bob Weed has been in full time ministry since 1995. He lives in Milton with his wife Patti. They have two sons, Kyle and Caleb. Kyle and his wife Mary have two children, Jayson and Lyla. Bob worked in the printing industry for 14 years before entering full time ministry. Bob pastored Delmar Christian Center in Delmar, Delaware from 1995 until 2001. On January 1, 2001 Bob joined the Eagle’s Nest staff as the youth pastor. When the founding pastor retired in January of 2007, Pastor Bob assumed the role of Lead Pastor. Pastor Bob has a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Theology, and a Doctorate degree in Ministry. His passion is to teach the word of God relevantly, help people apply it to their lives, and facilitate the development of an authentic and diverse Biblical community.
