Come see WHERE FAITH AND FITNESS MEET! A Fitness Workout experience that involves more than just your body. Your soul matters too. Our classes are where faith and fitness meet! Focus on the health of both the body and the soul.

Study begins with an Informational meeting on October 12th to inform the participants about the Fitness Program and to join the program at https://www.bodyandsoul.org/classes/subscribe . The fitness workout will begin the following week. 

Cost:  $25/month for one class per week
