Join our group that walks with Christ during our wellness journey. It is a great group of encouraging women walking the same up and down journey. The group focuses on healthy living and protecting the temple of the Holy Spirit. We look at how our Mind, Body, Spirit and Emotions affect our wellness and our walk with Christ. It is so much more than a weight loss group. This group will meet for at least three nine week sessions.
